An assessment of how you work
Every business is different. We start by understanding how you work: emails, quotes, invoices, scheduling, customer relations, documentation, social media…
We identify the repetitive or time-consuming tasks AI can speed up, those where it has no place, and the risks to manage. You receive a costed, prioritised action plan: you know where to start and what you stand to gain.

The right tools, the right hardware
Conversational assistants, automatic meeting transcription, document and image generation, searching through your archives: we select the solutions that suit your business and your budget, then create and configure your professional accounts.
If your data is sensitive, we install an on-premises AI server: the models run at your premises and your information never leaves the company. Suitable workstations, networking, backups: we take care of all the hardware.

Training your team
A tool is only useful if people use it. We train your staff at your premises, in small groups and by role, using their own files: how to phrase a request, check an answer and protect confidential data.
Every participant leaves with practical guides and ready-to-use prompt templates. The European AI regulation (AI Act) also requires businesses to ensure that the people who use AI are trained to do so.

It is our top priority. We choose business plans that do not use your data to train their models, we agree clear rules with you on what can be entrusted to AI, and for the most sensitive information we install a local AI hosted at your premises. All in compliance with the GDPR.
We are a small business: is this for us?
Yes — in fact, that is where the gains show up fastest. Tradespeople, shops, agencies, independent professionals, hotels and restaurants: a few well-chosen tools are often enough to free up several hours a week.
Do we need to buy hardware?
Not necessarily. Most uses work with your existing computers. An on-premises AI server or more powerful workstations are only worthwhile for confidential data or intensive use: the assessment will tell you.
How much does it cost?
The assessment is quoted according to the size of your business. You then receive a costed action plan and decide freely what you would like to put in place with us.
Will AI replace my staff?
